We understand that purchasing meaningful art online is a personal and thoughtful experience. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

If the return is due to our mistake, such as receiving an incorrect or damaged item, we will gladly cover the return shipping costs. Please note that original shipping fees are not refundable.

Why did we choose the image of Chenrezig (Four-Armed Avalokiteshvara)?

Chenrezig is the Bodhisattva of Compassion. His four arms represent love, kindness, joy, and calm acceptance. He teaches us to care for others with an open heart. The reason why we chose this image is because Chenrezig reflects our values of understanding and care. His peaceful presence inspires us to serve every customer with warmth, respect, and sincerity.
